Overview

Senior Java Developer for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate. This position is open for contractors and employees. A work permit is required for
- European candidates, but not provided. Fluent in English.

Travel is not required for the interviews.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design and development of components and building blocks;
• Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
• Data analysis and data modeling;
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the users;
• Definition of testing needs and assistance in the testing;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting;

Profile

• +5/+10/+15 years of Java development experience;
• Good knowledge of Spring;
• Good knowledge of Hibernate;
