Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who enjoys working with modern technologies and thrives in a collaborative environment.

You’ll be responsible for the further development of our backend environment and the implementation of new features. As part of an agile development team, you will write clean, understandable, testable and maintainable code, while ensuring code integrity and quality through unit, integration and
-
- end tests.

In addition, you’ll support bug fixing, maintenance and optimization of existing solutions, contribute to coding guidelines, and actively participate in code reviews. We also value ongoing professional development, so you will be encouraged to keep growing your expertise in relevant technologies.

Qualifications

Besides being a true team player with a proactive mindset, we are looking for people with the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field and/or several years of solid professional experience
• Passion for backend system development
• Strong knowledge of several of the following technologies: Java 8+, Docker, Clean Architecture, Event-driven Architecture, CDI / Jakarta Micro
  Profile, JPA, HTTP
• Interest in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Quarkus, OIDC, Zitadel, and REST APIs
• Understanding of common design patterns and architectural principles, as well as development tools, performance optimizations, backup and monitoring setups
• Independent and proactive working style with a strong focus on code quality
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the company grows
