Hexa Consulting is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design and development of scalable backend solutions for our clients.

? What we're looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, working with recent versions such as Java 17 or Java 21
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Good understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with relational databases (e. g. , Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, Oracle) and ORM tools (e. g. , Hibernate)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Focus on clean code, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), and modern software engineering practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
