We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer/Tech Lead to join our team. Our client is a fintech company revolutionizing the financial services industry with
- edge digital solutions.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers
• Architect and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design, implement, and maintain robust REST APIs for internal and external services
• Ensure backend systems are secure, efficient, and maintainable
• Integrate with both SQL and No
  SQL databases
• Apply strong understanding of Spring Security for authentication and authorization
• Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes-based environments
• Review code, enforce best practices, and lead technical discussions
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including Product, QA, and Dev
  Ops
• Champion clean code, documentation, and modern development methodologies

What you will need to bring:

• 7+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Proven leadership experience in a Tech Lead or senior engineering role
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs at scale
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and relational databases (SQL)
• Experience with Spring Security and secure API development
• Exposure to No
  SQL databases like Mongo
  DB or Dynamo
  DB is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Agile methodology experience and collaborative mindset
