Mission

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Development of maintenance and evolution features and defect fixing. Ensure code quality through reviews. Provide technical solutions and discuss alternatives within the team.
• Engage with BA, Test teams, and production support.
• Participate actively in Sprint Planning and other agile ceremonies.
• Provide regular progress updates to the domain manager, escalate risks and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with extended onshore and offshore teams during development tasks.
• Provide L3 production support.
• Maintain
  - production environments for regression and functional testing support.
• On-call support, especially during weekday evenings covering New York, and occasional release weekend coverage.
• Mentor team members and set technical direction within the scope of the applications.

Profile

Technical Skills:

• Spring Framework/Spring Boot
• REST Web Services
• Database experience with Oracle or Sybase
• Any
  - end technology, especially Angular
• Ability to create meaningful unit and integration tests
• Jenkins, Docker, Hibernate/JPA/Query
  DSL, HTML/CSS
• Experience with Agile methodologies
