About The Role
This is a 12-month,
- term position. As our Senior Key Account Manager for Portugal, reporting to our Iberian Head of Market, you will shape Dyson’s presence on
- party retail accounts, ensuring exceptional execution and sales growth. You will set strategic visions, map joint objectives, and build a comprehensive business strategy to anticipate market shifts and ensure profitable growth.
You will drive collaboration across commercial, finance, operations, and group functions, manage sales and profitability targets, forecast trends, and oversee promotional activities. You will craft compelling customer proposals, deliver presentations, and engage with senior teams. Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and facilitating business reviews will be key responsibilities.
You will influence both internally and externally, align our organization with your account vision, and collaborate with marketing, retail, and supply chain teams. Sharing best practices and contributing to Dyson’s community in Portugal and Iberia are also part of your role.
About You
- At least six years’ experience in Account Management, ideally within Consumer Electronics
- Proven success in
- performing sales teams - Experience in
- level account negotiations - Strong in budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines
- Excellent commercial acumen and financial awareness
- Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced (C1) proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative spirit, drive, and enthusiasm
