Join a highly innovative and agile team of data scientists, data engineers, and software developers based in Hamburg, Porto, and Wrocław to shape the next generation of
- driven logistics. As a Senior/Lead Data Scientist in the corporate AI team, you will design and implement
- class AI solutions for automation,
- making, and optimization using the latest technologies. We are looking for a candidate who combines deep expertise in AI and software development with a passion for solving
- specific challenges.

How you create impact

• Design and implement our AI solutions using
  -
  -
  - art AI technologies.
• Shape the entire lifecycle of AI applications – from ideation and exploration to specification, architectural design, prototyping, production implementation and
  - wide integration.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities.
• Mentor more junior team members by sharing technical and domain expertise.
• Uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Take an active role in project coordination and roadmap planning.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Master’s or Ph
  D degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, physics or a related field.
• Two years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist or in an equivalent role.
• Capability to envision and deliver
  -
  - end
  - driven solutions.
• Advanced
  - on experience in AI model development with strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and
  - based systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python with proven software architecture and development skills in enterprise environments.
• Experience with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, APIs and databases. Practical experience with deployment, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Experience mentoring team members and consulting with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English paired with a collaborative mindset.
