Senior Loan IQ IT Business Analyst

Dellent is a consulting company focused on System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Senior Loan IQ IT Business Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requisitos

• Between 6 and 9 years of experience
• Previous experience working as an IT Business Analyst (on the IT side), minimum 3 years (mandatory)
• Previous experience working in Banking or Fintech industries (mandatory)
• Previous experience working in Loan IQ – 5+ years (mandatory)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Good level of English – at least B2
• Proactive and capable to work in autonomy
• Agile framework experience needed
• Not afraid to ask questions

Responsabilidades

• Providing first level support for Loan IQ users
• Gathering requirements and creating functional specifications for enhancements and/or bug fixes
• Testing developed functionalities
• Participation in projects in the scope of the stream
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team on best practices for projects and general tasks of an IT Business Analyst
