Position: Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer

Type: Open-ended contract

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the office)

Mission

• 3–5+ years of
  - level experience with Microsoft 365 in a hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• Strong expertise in Power
  Shell scripting, Azure Dev
  Ops, C# development, and Terraform.
• Experience in
  - scale messaging infrastructure and federated authentication.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, including Purview and Defender.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Information Security principles and practices.

Nice to Have

• CISSP or equivalent security certification.
• Broad understanding of information systems, including Windows and network security, and
  - Windows operating systems.
• English-speaking environment.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the Lisbon office.

Profile

We are looking for a Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer to join a global team responsible for delivering and supporting Microsoft 365 services in a complex, hybrid environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automation, security, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the global M365 platform, including updates, patching, migrations, and deployments.
• Manage and enhance a provisioning portal built on Azure Dev
  Ops.
• Ensure high levels of security, availability, and compliance across the M365 environment.
• Provide 3rd/4th level support and collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard procedures.
• Drive knowledge transfer to L2 teams and support
  - left initiatives.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including Architecture, Cyber Defense, and Security.
• Lead change initiatives within the Application Integration team.
