What You'll do:

• Plan, support, and deliver Microsoft 365 (M365) services across all global entities;
• Maintain and optimize the global M365 platform, ensuring regular updates, upgrades, patching, migrations, and consolidations;
• Support and develop the global provisioning portal in Azure Dev
  Ops to maintain high availability and performance;
• Ensure platform security and availability are maintained to the highest standards;
• Manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration, and operational documentation;
• Provide
  - level 3rd/4th line support and troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams;
• Proactively assess and mitigate security threats in accordance with Group Security policies and legal requirements;
• - Facilitate knowledge transfer to L2 operational teams to ensure smooth handover and operational continuity;
• Work closely with infrastructure, compliance, cyber defense, architecture, and security teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution;
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across virtual teams and business entities;
• Provide expert input and support for hybrid provisioning and identity management solutions;
• Hybrid Work Model.
  
  
  

• +3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform administration and support;
• Proven expertise in: Microsoft 365; Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance; Power
  Shell Scripting; Azure Dev
  Ops; Terraform; C# Development; Microsof Azure;
• Ability to manage complex systems securely and efficiently in a global environment;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and
  - focused mindset;
• Experience working in
  - functional and international teams.
