The Role: Senior M365 Dev
Ops Engineer

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: 4 days in the office

Sector: Financial Services

Languages: English (B2–C1) and French (B1)

Recruitment Process:

• Initial interview (~40 minutes)
• Two
  - depth interview sessions (~3 hours each)

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

Your Profile

• Senior profile with proven experience working with Microsoft 365 platform and its component services
• Strong scripting and programming skills – Power
  Shell essential;
  
  
  
  knowledge of. NET, Python, or Go is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia
  C), and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Azure Dev
  Ops, Git
  Hub Actions, or equivalent)
• Microsoft and Azure certifications are a strong asset (MS-102, MS-203, MS-700, AZ-900, MS-900)
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies

What You Will Be Doing (Concrete responsibilities)

• Manage and develop the integration of M365 tools and services to align with business requirements and best practices
• Develop automation solutions to optimize maintenance, deployment, and administration of M365 services
• Implement configuration and management of M365 platform as code
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure seamless platform evolution and process improvements
• Contribute to modernizing and transforming communication and collaboration infrastructures
