The Role: Senior M365 Dev
Ops Engineer

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: 4 days in the office

Sector: Financial Services Languages: English (B2–C1) and French (B1)

Recruitment Process:

✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

Your Profile

Senior profile with proven experience working with Microsoft 365 platform and its component services

Strong scripting and programming skills – Power
Shell essential; knowledge of. NET, Python, or Go is a plus

Hands-on experience with automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia
C), and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Azure Dev
Ops, Git
Hub Actions, or equivalent)

Microsoft and Azure certifications are a strong asset (MS-102, MS-203, MS-700, AZ-900, MS-900)

Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies

⚙ What You Will Be Doing (Concrete responsibilities)

Manage and develop the integration of M365 tools and services to align with business requirements and best practices

Develop automation solutions to optimize maintenance, deployment, and administration of M365 services

Implement configuration and management of M365 platform as code

Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure seamless platform evolution and process improvements

Contribute to modernizing and transforming communication and collaboration infrastructures
