About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior or Lead Machine Learning Engineers to contribute to two key areas:

• Market Intelligence – Work with product content and assortment, improve product description translations, compare items, and identify promising products and market segments.
• Marketing Automation – Build and optimize infrastructure and tools for automated ad buying, driving efficiency and performance in marketing operations.

You’ll be involved in the full machine learning lifecycle — from raw data analysis and hypothesis creation to model development, experimentation, and deployment into production. The work involves building scalable,
- ready systems capable of handling high loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data, develop hypotheses, design models, and run experiments.
• Build and maintain
  - grade,
  - load machine learning applications.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams across multiple countries and products.
• Continuously improve algorithms, infrastructure, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Strong algorithmic and
  - solving skills, with
  - depth knowledge of data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with distributed,
  - load applications.
• Proven industry experience in machine learning, including modelling techniques (linear models, GBDT, DNN), statistics, and
  -
  - end ML pipeline development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recommendation or search systems.
• Hands-on experience training neural network models.
• Familiarity with data systems such as Spark, Cassandra, Mongo
  DB, Kafka.
• Knowledge of Go.
