Job Summary

CTR/Hayco is a multinational manufacturing company looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Team in Portugal.

Job Purpose

Repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments to ensure functioning reliably and compliance with the process specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies,
  - downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes;
• Implement the established maintenance program and upkeep detailed maintenance records to identify and address recurrent problems with machinery, equipment or parts;
• Set, calibrate or adjust the equipment, machinery and instruments so as to comply with production specifications or instructions;
• Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order;
• Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair;

Job Requirements

• 4- 6 years on similar job responsabilities;
• Preferably
  - vocational education (mechatronics, industrial maintenance, mechanics, etc. );
• Solid knowledge of Electricity, Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics;
• Computer skills from a user perspective;
• High degree of autonomy and ability to work in a team;
