For our office in Porto, we are looking for an experienced (Senior) Manager / Advisory for Financial Services (M/F/d) who would like to become part of a highly qualified, international team. What you will be doing

• Consulting and coordinating transformation projects for leading global banks with a focus on Private Banking and Wealth Management
• Project Portfolio Management: supporting our clients in orchestrating digital initiatives and ambitions with a focus on value/cost
• Digital Strategy: developing transformation maps and strategies to operationalize business and growth
• Target Operating Models: supporting our clients in organizational design, back target process development and deriving implications for their IT
• Relationship Management: close collaboration with customer stakeholders in the areas of strategy, business, and IT
• Agile Project Management: leading function in customer projects and ensuring cost effectiveness
• Leadership: coordination, leadership, and motivation of an interdisciplinary, international team across locations
• Evaluation and elaboration of driven technology use cases

Requirements

• Successfully completed university studies and at least 4 years of professional work experience as a consultant in the digital environment, preferably in Banking/Finance
• Leadership ambition with entrepreneurial and oriented mindset
• Experience with agile and waterfall project management and methodology (e. g. , SCRUM)
• Very good knowledge of Power
  Point and Excel and excellent moderation and communication
• High degree of personal responsibility, resilience, and teamwork
• Very good English skills and high willingness to travel (primarily UK and Europe)
