Senior Manager Cross-Border Employment (Global Mobility)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Oversee the CBE programme and provide expertise and support to HR Management within the Market on matters related to international and domestic mobility. Collaborate closely with the CBE global team to participate in and lead projects for designing and aligning global standards, policies, and processes. Manage the application of global standards considering Market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the CBE Market activities.
- Provide strategic consultancy and guidance to HR on the application of the CBE portfolio, including
- traditional employment frameworks and domestic mobility. - Ensure consistent application of International Mobility standards and policies, maintaining compliance.
- Oversee case management of senior moves (S3+), collaborating with HR SLT members, Rewards market Lead, executive search, and compensation teams.
- Serve as the central contact for questions on global and market processes.
- Advise on compliance matters related to
- border tax, social security, and immigration. - Lead projects and workstreams to advance the CBE programme and ensure global consistency.
- Implement and communicate regulations and new policies, monitoring adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships in the market, ensuring smooth delivery of tax services, immigration, security/risk, and relocation services for international employees.
- Oversee tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with Payroll and tax service providers.
- Review annual mobility exercises and benefits delivery, including Housing Table, Currency Protection, and Salary/Bonus rounds.
- Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with mobility management experts to ensure policy competitiveness and best practices.
- Collaborate with Works council as CBE liaison.

Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree or equivalent experience.
- MBA or advanced certifications (e. g. , CEBS, CCP) preferred.
- 5-10+ years of HR experience with specialization in International Mobility (tax, immigration, social security, employment law).
- Experience working in an international,
- structured company.
