Job Description:

Job Purpose

As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the financial planning process of the Company and assist in purchase to pay operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning processes, developing detailed budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with senior management.
• Consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing data from business partners for management reporting.
• Tracking quarterly financial reports and analyzing variances in costs, headcount, and future sales.
• Driving productivity improvements in FP&A tasks and company activities.
• Overseeing P2P operations, including contracts, PO management, invoicing, and travel & expense management.
• Managing and developing a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.

Your profile

Education:

• University degree in Finance or Business.

Skills/knowledge/behaviors:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A roles.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other EPM systems.
• Good understanding of financial reporting concepts; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data tools and Excel.
• Proactive communication style and ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Work Location:

• 2 days a week in our Porto Office.
