Join our dynamic team as our next seasoned Finance Controller to support our growing Product Line “Wired”.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Serve as the key finance partner to Product Line leadership and be a key member of the Product Line (PL) Management team.
2. Plan, lead, coordinate, and manage the budgeting and forecasting activities for the business unit, including the 5-year strategic plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecast(s) for Revenue, Gross Margin, Spending, and Headcount.
3. Provide monthly management reporting of revenue, actual spending, product costs, and variance analysis.
4. Be responsible for the commercial matters of the product line.
5. Identify and drive process improvements and system automation projects.
6. Help integrate the Product Line into Infineon’s systems and processes.
7. Develop KPIs and monitor achievement with senior leadership.
8. Provide strategic consultation and guidance to PL management on financial issues, evaluate business proposals, and make recommendations for optimizing the economic impact of business initiatives.
9. This is an individual contributor role, highly interactive within the Product Line, with Division Finance at Headquarters, and Americas Finance colleagues.

Your profile

You are best equipped if you have:

1. A Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Accounting. A Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus.
2. 10 years of financial experience, including managing the finances of a business line.
3. Background in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
4. Experience with Oracle/SAP or equivalent systems.
5. Ability to absorb information quickly, evaluate data from different perspectives, and understand correlations. A strong interest in market understanding and product positioning.
6. A

7. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels and international partners.
