We're looking for a motivated Senior Manager Social Media Marketing (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and drive the company to the next level. As part of our global Social Media headquarters team, you will have a direct influence on our success.

About The Role

• Manage global & local agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Social Media content aligns with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Set up Tik
  Tok Spark Ads and Meta sponsored post campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Create performance reports for organic and paid campaigns.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Social Listening dashboards.
• Develop strategies to further increase performance and brand affinity.
• Identify potential process improvements, e. g. , crisis response process, and find new opportunities for scalable growth.
• In exceptional cases, create, ideate, and publish creative and engaging Social Media content for our global Tik
  Tok and Instagram accounts.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Social Media management.
• Passion for Social Media, AI tools & pop culture trends.
• A high degree of initiative and reliability.
• Great analytical skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Tik
  Tok Ads Manager; experience with tools like Emplifi is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Based in Lisbon.
