Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops a global vision of operations of all clients in compliance practice.
- Performs complex consulting research and prepares answers for clients.
- Plans, organizes, allocates, and monitors the work of the team.
- Coordinates teams and promotes good relationship with others.
- Trains people on technical and soft skills and to motivate the team.
- Leads team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Defines goals and deadlines for the team's work and determines what work needs to be done achieve those goals.
- Brings questions to appropriate supervisors when shared by clients.
- Identifies priority tasks, taking into consideration the established deadlines under coordination of the supervisors.
- Suggests solutions for situations, questions, and problems detected in the compliance tasks of the clients and knows where to get confirmation on appropriateness.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor / Master’s degree in Law, Management or Economics.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued in the recruitment process.
- Professional experience of at least 8 years in a multinational company/environment.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
No specific certificate or license.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor office environment.
- Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Occasional long periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees and vendors both in person and via email and telephone.
- Independent travel requirement: 5 – 10%
