We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Product to join our Marketing Department at a real estate promoter. This role is pivotal in the commercialization of a large asset portfolio of a leading investment fund in Portugal, including touristic and residential property developments across the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products, ensuring that both
- house marketing teams and outsourced partners are properly briefed and deliver projects on time.

Location: Lisbon with occasional travel to Vilamoura

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of real estate products, focusing on lead generation for touristic and residential properties across the country

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and the Senior Marketing Manager - Destination to align marketing efforts with overall company goals

• Provide clear and detailed briefs to
  - house marketing teams and outsourced agencies, ensuring all projects meet established deadlines and quality standards

• Manage

  - end marketing campaigns, including execution, and performance tracking

• Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and conversion

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness, making
  - driven recommendations for optimization and improvement

  - day project marketing budgets

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

• Utilize strong project management skills to handle multiple marketing initiatives concurrently

• Foster strong relationships with partners, internal and external stakeholders

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including technicalities of online and offline lead generation

• Experience with budget management and resource allocation

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM software, SEO tools, etc. )

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with

• Experience working within an international organization and in

• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

• Familiarity with the real estate market in Portugal, particularly in Lisbon and the Algarve

• Knowledge of and experience with real estate marketing trends and best practices
