About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy execution for North America, while also serving as the Global Lead for Events and Partner Marketing . This matrix role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to balance regional priorities with global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing – North America
Manage all aspects of regional marketing, lead generation and brand awareness activities in line with global strategy, including digital channels and tradeshows.
Align closely with regional sales teams to support demand generation goals.
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on metrics and insights.
Global Lead – Events & Partner Marketing
Manage global event calendar including annual budget and selection process. Oversee regional marketing team members execution of event related activities to ensure alignment with strategy and processes
Establish standardize booth visuals and product displays, collaborating
- functionally with sales, product, and brand teams to ensure event alignment with business goals.
Create event marketing campaign framework for local deployment (email, social, landing pages, etc. ) to drive attendance and engagement.
Analyze event performance metrics and compile
- event reports with key learnings and ROI analysis.
Establish and maintain process for marketing support for distribution partners
Support partner enablement through the definition and creation of a toolkit that includes presentations, product displays and marketing collateral.
Qualifications:
6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including regional leadership, global campaign ownership and event management.
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Hub
Spot, Google Analytics, and content management systems
Skilled in writing and editing content with high attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to travel as necessary
