Senior Marketing Manager - Remote Viseu

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with proven expertise in setting and optimizing marketing campaigns across at least two channels such as Google Ads, social ads, SEO, etc. This role requires proactively leading and continuously optimizing campaigns to meet KPI targets, budget, and ROI goals, and crafting professional marketing copy and messaging for campaigns and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize marketing campaigns across at least two channels (e. g. , Google Ads, social ads, SEO, etc. ).
• Proactively lead and continuously optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, budget, and ROI targets.
• Craft professional marketing copy and messaging for campaigns and landing pages.
• Guide and mentor marketing and web specialists on tactics, campaign optimization, and tools.
• Create transparent performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven results across at least two core channels.
• Expertise in setting up digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong background in marketing strategy, copywriting, and
  - driven decision making.
• Experience leading functional teams and managing multiple marketing projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong marketing copywriting skills is CRITICAL.
• Able to work EST hours (8am–5pm EST) as our clients are US-based.

Working Hours & Location

This is a full-time, home-based position as our headquarters are in the US. We require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) since our clients are in the US.
