What you’ll do:

• Oversee strategic and operational management of our Affiliates, Influencer Marketing, and CRM channels as part of the UK Ecommerce Marketing team.
• Build and grow relationships with large UK publishers, ensuring a high
  -
  - voice.
• Drive the strategic growth of influencer marketing by understanding customer behavior and social media platforms.
• Conduct data analysis to expand Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and Referral Program.
• Collaborate with UK Business Development and Global Performance Marketing teams, leading
  - team projects and using performance marketing expertise to drive growth strategies.
• Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the UK market.

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, with a degree in marketing or data analytics.
• Highly
  - driven with strong analytical skills and a passion for
  - driven
  - solving.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
• Structured thinker with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and timelines.
• Project management experience, working with
  - functional teams to drive results.
• Deep understanding of paid media, with extensive expertise in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and CRM.
• Experience in developing
  - funnel marketing strategies and marketing mix planning.
