Role Overview
We are building a
- class Marketing Operations team to enhance customer experience across the lifecycle, unlock growth potential, and improve customer lifetime value. As part of Revenue Operations, this role focuses on ensuring marketing effectiveness and efficiency. You will lead efforts to unify processes, platforms, and operations across marketing and SDR functions, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. Your work will impact brand awareness, demand generation, and growth, optimizing our tech stack and operational performance in partnership with sales and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Operations team to ensure high performance and collaboration.
- Define and execute the Marketing Ops strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and business impact.
- Streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance automation for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and domain teams to align initiatives with company objectives.
- Optimize and govern the Mar
Tech stack for efficiency and scalability. - Improve lead management, scoring, and routing to enhance conversion rates.
- Enhance marketing automation processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Refine lead workflows and manage marketing attribution and performance reporting frameworks.
- Maintain high data governance standards and marketing compliance.
- Champion continuous improvement in campaign operations and provide training on marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Experience in B2B Saa
S, familiar with Saa
S metrics and KPIs. - Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub
Spot is a plus). - Proven track record in technology rollout, training, and process documentation.
- Vendor and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in team management and capability building.
