We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Research Manager to join our Marketing Intelligence Team at Flix. In this role, you will lead research initiatives to evaluate brand and marketing effectiveness, while generating insights about customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

Point, SQL, Power BI, online access panels, and more.
About the Role
- Plan and implement marketing research projects, mainly quantitative surveys via online access panels. (Note: UX research is not part of this role. ) You will connect with relevant service providers, follow up on data collection and analysis, and keep the research toolbox up to date.
- Collaborate with Flix teams working on Brand and other Marketing areas such as Commercial Steering, Country Launches, and more. Understand their priorities and challenges to develop tailored research programs. Translate business questions into research objectives and insights into actions.

- face interviews through external providers across multiple markets. - Work with external providers for fieldwork, own analysis and reporting, define questionnaire content, ensure survey quality, analyze response data, and create reports and presentations for stakeholders and management, deriving conclusions and recommendations.
- Identify suitable research methodologies and partners, balancing quality, budget, and timelines. Be thorough and pragmatic.
- Implement data cleaning and collaborate with analysts to update Power BI reports with survey data. Monitor research budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing attribution teams to integrate survey results into attribution models.
About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, with
- on experience from research agencies or
- side roles. - Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders across markets, prioritizing effectively. Strong interest in research methodology and data quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to explain methodology and results clearly and translate requirements into research specs.
- Experience with online access panels for data collection.
- Proficient in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, linking insights to recommendations.
- Skilled in data handling and reporting with Excel and Power BI. Capable of creating compelling Power
Point presentations. - Knowledge of R, Python, or similar tools is a plus.
