We are seeking a Senior Marketing Professional to join Critical Software as a Business Enablement Specialist.
As a Senior Business Enablement Specialist, you will drive and implement strategic initiatives to empower our sales and marketing teams, supporting our growth in a key division. You will collaborate with Global Marketing and Division Directors to plan and execute marketing campaigns, gather market insights, and develop relationships to enhance our brand and market presence.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their experience in expanding a B2B tech services company internationally.

What do we expect from you?
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs in target markets.
- Market Growth Strategy: Collaborate with sales to develop and implement marketing strategies for verticals, tracking progress against goals.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead targeted ABM efforts, identify
- value accounts, develop
- channel campaigns, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics. - Content Planning: Develop
- specific marketing materials, sales collateral, and presentations. - Lead Generation: Execute campaigns such as events and webinars to generate and nurture leads.
- Lead Development: Work with sales to identify, engage, and follow up on new opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze initiative performance to inform future planning.
- Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external partners for
- marketing and joint campaigns.
What makes you a good candidate?
- 10+ years in Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Business Development, preferably in B2B tech services.
- Experience living and working in America or within American business culture is highly valued.
- International experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Partnership Management.
- Strong leadership and professional growth ambition.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Background in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (CRM Dynamics, Hub
Spot advantageous). - Passion for growth and making an impact.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a
