(Senior) Marketing Specialist - Brand and Sponsorship PMO

Key Activities
- Provide structure, oversight, coordination, and relationship management to ensure the successful execution of the Brand and Sponsorship projects and plans.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure alignment and timely execution. Identify and implement process optimizations, including integrating AI tools for better forecasting, risk analysis, and
- making. - Lead and support Agile project delivery across
- functional teams, promoting best practices and alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external partners or agencies to ensure smooth implementation.
- Manage project budgets and resources, monitoring and adjusting as necessary to ensure success.
- Engage with key stakeholders across functions and local markets to maximize opportunities and ensure alignment.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for updates and reports.
- Oversee the quality of agency deliverables, ensuring standards and objectives are met.
- Track activation performance against KPIs and milestones, preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and guidelines.
- Conduct
- activation reviews to assess performance, gather learnings, and recommend improvements.
What do you bring with you:
We’re looking for team members who are:
- Experienced in project management, especially overseeing global sponsorship activation projects.
- Proficient in AI-powered project management tools and experienced in implementing AI solutions in a PMO environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with a record of managing Agile transformations.
- Accountable, proactive, and able to communicate effectively to inspire and persuade.
- Collaborative, able to work effectively with internal and external partners, and skilled in relationship management.
- Strong analytical,
- solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt and remain resilient under pressure. - Brand-savvy with experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in a PMO role within a marketing or brand organization, preferably in multinational companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power
Point and Excel.
