We are looking for:

• Contract Senior Mechanical Engineer for Commissioning in Europe: Portugal, Spain.
• Commissioning contractors with EU citizenship.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire mechanical building commissioning process.
2. Developing commissioning plans, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts for mechanical systems.
3. Development of project certification strategies specific to mechanical components.
4. Recording detailed progress prerequisites for mechanical systems.
5. Managing data in project management software, focusing on mechanical aspects.
6. Conducting inspections and tests related to mechanical systems.
7. Developing design and commissioning documentation for tender and construction, emphasizing mechanical elements.
8. Representing the mechanical commissioning perspective in meetings.
9. Arranging test instrumentation focused on mechanical systems.
10. Supporting tender submissions and client discussions related to mechanical components.
11. Reviewing technical papers/reports related to mechanical systems.
12. Collaborating with general contractors to develop commissioning strategies aligned with project objectives.
13. Assessing project schedules, drawings, manuals, and technical submittals related to mechanical systems.
14. Documenting meetings involving mechanical commissioning discussions.
15. Providing progress reports and project
    - out reports on mechanical systems.
16. Managing factory tests and
    - party
    - offs for mechanical components.
17. Offering technical advice to clients on project and operational risks related to mechanical aspects.

Preferred Responsibilities:

• Experience in delivering projects as Cx
  A, Level 4, or Heat Load testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of commissioning experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification as a commissioning professional (Cx
  A, CCP, BCx
  P, CBCP).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (preferred).
• Experience in Data Center commissioning.
• Proficiency in HVAC load calculation software.
• Preference for local candidates.
