Senior Mechanical Engineer

Your Role In Our Team

As a Mechanical Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in manage, design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including creating detailed drawings and performing calculations for structural integrity and performance.
• Lead product development activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
• Act as a liaison between cross‑functional teams (electrical, software, production, quality) and stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
• Perform static, kinematic, and dynamic calculations to validate designs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation: design specifications, drawings, reports, manuals, and production guidelines.
• Contribute to cost estimation and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product optimization and process efficiency.
• Monitor technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support roadmap definition and feature prioritization for mechanical aspects of the product.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Your Profile

• 6 - 9 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical modeling.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Calculation and dimensioning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset, and results‑driven approach.
