Overview

As our new Senior Media Buyer, your mission is to plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik
Tok, develop scalable strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, and scale ad accounts from 4–5 digit daily budgets — and even up to 6 digits on Black Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns to deliver measurable results.
• Manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik
  Tok.
• Develop scalable strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Scale ad accounts from 4–5 digit daily budgets, up to 6 digits on peak periods.
• Analyze and interpret campaign data, run A/B tests, optimize conversion rates, and report KPIs weekly to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test
  - performing ad creatives.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to align strategies, participate in client meetings, and bring fresh ideas by evaluating industry trends and testing innovative strategies.
• Contribute to shaping the bigger picture—from strategy and creative input to thought leadership in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
• 4–5 years of experience in strategic campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik
  Tok (ideally in an agency setting).
• Proven track record managing budgets of at least €100, 000 across Meta, Tik
  Tok, or Google.
• Strong analytical mindset and
  - oriented working style.
• Confident handling budgets in the 5–6 figure range, scaling campaigns under pressure.
• Experience with attribution models, tracking setups, and reporting tools.
• Skilled in collaborating with creative teams and developing creative strategies that maximize conversions.
• Communicative and confident personality with the ability to present concepts and KPIs in client meetings.
• Proactive team player willing to share best practices and mentor colleagues.
• Bonus: Experience with
  - commerce brands, international markets, or leading junior buyers.
