We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer for this project!

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain and operate the Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, Share
  Point, One
  Drive, Copilot and related services
• Configure and manage M365 tenants, licensing, identity, security, and compliance settings in a
  - scale enterprise environment
• Provide 3rd and 4th level support, including knowledge transfer to L2 teams and coordination with vendors and internal IT teams
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards, security, governance and data protection policies, supporting hybrid deployments and future migrations
• Monitor service health, performance and usage metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues

What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, Share
  Point, One
  Drive and hybrid identity (Entra ID, Azure AD Connect)
• Advanced Power
  Shell scripting skills for automation and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, licensing models and integrated application management
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear insights
