We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer for this project!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.
• Configure and optimize tenant settings, licensing, and integrations with hybrid or
  - party systems.
• Provide 3rd/4th line support and transfer operational knowledge to lower support tiers.
• Create and maintain design and operational documentation (HLD/LLD, SOPs, configurations).
• Monitor service health, performance, and align future deployments with global IT strategy.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Share
  Point, Teams, One
  Drive, Copilot).
• Expertise in Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity management.
• Strong Power
  Shell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of M365 licensing, compliance, and security standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
