We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to join us in a project in Oporto (hybrid model).

Responsabilities:

• Lead and execute migrations from cloud tenants to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Share
  Point, One
  Drive, Teams).
• Design and implement
  -
  - tenant migration strategies, including mailboxes, PSTs, domains, and DNS configuration.
• Manage hybrid Exchange environments and directory synchronization (AD Connect / Entra ID).
• Conduct
  - migration assessments, pilot testing, and validation
  - migration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate to Microsoft when required.
• Produce technical documentation, migration runbooks, and customer reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams to ensure
  - time, quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field;
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or equivalent certification (is a plus);
• 5 years or more of experience in Microsoft 365 / Exchange migration projects;
• Strong
  - on experience with Exchange Online, Power
  Shell, Azure AD, Share
  Point, and Teams;
• Experience with migration tools such as Quest Migration Manager, Bit
  Titan, or Sky
  Kick;
• Understanding of licensing, DNS, and identity management in Microsoft 365;
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills;
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
