Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Power
Apps, Power
Automate) to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation at scale for global brands.
Main responsibilities
- Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed.
- Understand the release processes in the company.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation.
- Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers.
- Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is required, and it is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Background in the Backend with SSIS and C#.
- Front‑end knowledge: ASP. NET and Java
Script. - Excellent programming skills; maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure code.
- Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM.
- English is mandatory (B2 level or higher).
