Responsibilities

• Participate in communications with partners and clients when needed.
• Understand the company’s release processes.
• Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation.
• Write quality code that meets customer needs and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and debug solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Provide mentoring to junior software engineers.
• Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Deepen understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
  Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM) is required; additional experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership is a plus.
• Background in the backend with SSIS and C#.
• Frontend knowledge in ASP. NET and Java
  Script.
• Top‑notch programming skills and ability to produce maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure code.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
