Responsibilities

• Participate in communications with partners and clients, when needed.
• Understand the release processes in the company.
• Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation.
• Write quality code to fit customer needs and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and debug with guidance from senior team members.
• Provide mentoring to junior software engineers.
• Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing.
• Achieve a better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics / Power
  Apps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (formerly Dynamics CRM).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and project leadership (a plus).
• Background in the backend with SSIS and C#.
• Frontend knowledge: ASP. NET and Java
  Script.
• Top‑notch programming skills – ability to produce quality, maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure code.
• Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and XRM.
• English is mandatory (minimum B2 level).
