Responsibilities

• MLOps Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate on the MLOps strategy for a hybrid cloud environment aligned with business objectives, security requirements, and best practices. Design a MLOps platform with
  - service capabilities for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Evaluate and select appropriate MLOps tools and technologies. Develop and maintain documentation for MLOps processes and infrastructure.
• Hybrid ML-loop Implementation: Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) solutions for provisioning cloud and
  - premises resources using Terraform. Implement security measures to protect data and ML models across environments. Integrate tools to deliver the full MLOps loop. Develop monitoring dashboards and alerts for proactive issue resolution.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver a
  - quality MLOps solution. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Communicate with stakeholders at technical and
  - technical levels. Stay up to date with MLOps trends and participate in code reviews and best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: MSc or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in MLOps, Data Engineering, or similar roles with a focus on AI/ML use cases.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience designing and maintaining data infrastructure and MLOps solutions; strong knowledge of Cloud solutions (preferably Azure);
  - premises infrastructure management; Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Airflow; Python and Bash scripting; Dev
  Ops practices; CI/CD pipelines (Git
  Hub Actions); Terraform.
• Soft Skills: Excellent
  - solving, strong communication, teamwork, proactive and
  - oriented; fluent in English; experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
