Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
MLOps Strategy & Architecture:
Collaborate on the MLOps strategy for our hybrid cloud environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, and best practices
Collaborate on the technical design of a MLOps platform that provides a
- service approach to the MLOps loop problems, such as data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, model validation, model deployment, model monitoring
Evaluate and select appropriate MLOps tools and technologies
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MLOps processes and infrastructure
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C) solutions for provisioning and managing cloud and
- premises resources using Terraform
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive Data and ML models in both cloud and
- premises environments
Implement and/or integrate tools to deliver the full MLOps loop
Develop and implement monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and resolve MLOps platform issues
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver a
- quality MLOps solution
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and
- technical audiences
Stay up to date with the latest MLOps trends and technologies
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
Qualifications
Education:
MSc or Ph. D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering or similar roles, with a strong focus on AI/ML
- cases
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining Data infrastructure and MLOps solutions
- Strong knowledge of Cloud solutions, preferably Azure
- Experience with
- premises infrastructure management, including server management, networking, and storage - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow
- Strong scripting and automation skills, such as Python and Bash
- Strong understanding of Dev
Ops principles and practices - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Git
Hub Actions - Proficiency in Ia
C tools, preferably Terraform
Soft Skills:
- Excellent
- solving skills - Effective communication skills, team player, and capable of collaborating across functional areas
- Proactive, customer and
- oriented personality - Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
