We’re looking for a
- driven Senior Mobile Developer with project coordination skills to take the lead on the
- end development of our mobile app. This is a
- time role, ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments and wants to contribute to a meaningful product.

- driven startup dedicated to fostering climate action, environmental regeneration and community engagement through digital innovation.

Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to take meaningful, measurable action toward achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We aim to make sustainability accessible, collaborative and rewarding.

Our vision is to become the leading global digital ecosystem for sustainable action—connecting people, companies, NGOs and local governments through shared values, verified impact and transparent data.

We are currently developing:

• A mobile app for users to discover and participate in sustainable events, track their impact and connect with
  - minded changemakers.
• A
  - based back office for partners to create and manage events, analyze engagement, and monitor impact through ESG-aligned dashboards.
• A backend infrastructure that integrates securely and scalably with
  - party services, payment systems and environmental data sources.

With a strong focus on user experience and positive systemic change, we are building a digital platform that helps transition our communities into more just, regenerative and
- carbon futures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our mobile application using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (i
  OS)
• Prioritise front end development and coordinate back end activities as well as Back Office
• Comfortable working in a startup environment—autonomous, adaptable,
  - on

Requirements

• Strong technical background in mobile-first development
• Proficiency in Kotlin , Swift
• Experience managing or coordinating small tech projects
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a
  - paced,
  - driven startup
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Background in sustainability, ESG tools, or
  - driven platforms
• Experience with Stripe or similar payment integrations
• Familiarity with
  - functional startup teams
