S platforms – Printful and Printify. You’ll design for both i
OS and Android and play a key leadership role in our design team, acting as the mobile design, UI, and usability advocate. You will ensure mobile best practices are embedded in our workflows and contribute to our Design System’s mobile theme.

Responsibilities

  S platforms.
• Act as the
  - to advocate for mobile UX and UI across the design team, ensuring
  - first thinking is applied in relevant projects.
• Partner with the Product Manager to translate business goals into elegant,
  - centered mobile solutions. Collaborate closely with Android, i
  OS, and Backend Developers to ensure design feasibility, scalability, and technical excellence.
• Drive Discovery and validation research individually or in partnership with the Research team to ensure mobile experiences are intuitive and inclusive.
• Work with data analysts and analytics to further improve design solutions after release and define experiments.
• Contribute to and evolve our Design System, owning the mobile theme and ensuring
  - specific compliance.
• Mentor other designers on
  - specific design principles, tools, and workflows.
• Keep the team informed on emerging mobile design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and the broader product team—including data analysts—to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Present and defend your product feature or design solution to peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications, with a proven track record in B2B Saa
  S or complex product environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating
  -
  - end mobile product design and strong UI/UX for both i
  OS and Android.
• Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) for designing, prototyping, and collaborating.
• In-depth understanding of
  - specific guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines) and mobile usability standards.
• Experience contributing to design systems, particularly for mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams and influence design quality at an organizational level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and developers.
