We’re looking for a strategic and
- focused Senior Product Manager – Monetization to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core monetization capabilities across the platform. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering solutions that empower broadcasters and media companies to optimize revenue, maximize viewer lifetime value (LTV), and increase average revenue per user (ARPU).
This
- impact role involves defining flexible, scalable solutions that support diverse monetization models (SVOD, AVOD, freemium, hybrid) and managing the full lifecycle from subscriptions and payments to promotions,
- churn initiatives, and upsell journeys. You'll work within a
- paced, evolving ecosystem, ensuring our platform integrates seamlessly with key
- party systems and meets the specific business challenges of our clients, building their confidence in our solutions. This requires balancing the need for a robust,
- label platform architecture with the flexibility for client configuration and customization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define & Drive Monetization Strategy : Shape, articulate, and champion the product strategy and roadmap for platform monetization, payments, and subscription management. Align initiatives with company objectives, client needs, and market opportunities to maximize LTV per viewer and ARPU for clients.
- Build Outstanding Monetization Products : Own the product discovery process and support the delivery of features across the monetization domain. Design and deliver a flexible, configurable toolkit enabling clients to manage subscription plans, pricing, complex promotional campaigns,
- churn strategies, and upsell initiatives effectively. - Ecosystem & Integration Strategy : Define and streamline the platform's integration strategy for
- contracted Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and core Subscription Management Systems (SMS), including mobile &
- app purchasing solutions. Ensure robust connectivity and leverage ecosystem capabilities (deep understanding of solutions like Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, Billwerk, and payment gateway integration patterns is key). - Represent Client & Viewer Needs : Translate diverse broadcaster monetization strategies into scalable, reliable product capabilities. Champion solutions that balance
- label consistency with necessary customization and configurability. Crucially, ensure the viewer experience is preserved and enhanced, especially concerning ads, upsells, and subscription management. - Leverage Data & Experimentation : Partner closely with Data Science / BI teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze platform and client monetization data (e. g. , conversion rates, ad completion rates, churn
- upsell, plan upgrades) to derive actionable insights. Define, prioritize, and analyze experiments (A / B testing) to validate hypotheses, optimize outcomes, and support clients with performance insights. - Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution : Drive product development effectively by collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Design (UX / UI), Data Science, Architects, Delivery Teams, and Go-To-Market functions. Translate strategy into clear requirements, validate technical feasibility, manage initiative prioritization, plan sequencing to maintain platform cohesion, and ensure smooth delivery and rollout across clients.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

S / Paa
S product initiatives from concept to launch, ideally within media, advertising tech, or
- based platforms. Experience scaling platform capabilities is highly valued. - Deep Domain Expertise : Strong understanding and practical experience with various digital monetization models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, freemium, hybrid approaches, upsell strategies). Deep knowledge of the global payment ecosystem (integration focus) and the Subscription Management System landscape (e. g. , integration patterns with Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, Billwerk).
- Analytical & Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy, measure results, and drive decisions. Experience defining KPIs, using data analysis tools (SQL proficiency preferred), and designing / interpreting A / B tests is crucial.
- Technical Collaboration : Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex technical designs, APIs, and system integrations. Ability to understand technical constraints and possibilities.
- Impactful Communication & Leadership : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, strategies, and
- offs to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and clients. Ability to influence
