The #wanted profile

• 4-5 years of experience designing and implementing middleware/API integrations

• Proven track record with tools like Mule
Soft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, AWS, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of REST, SOAP,
- driven patterns, queuing systems, and data mapping

• Hands-on with Git, Jira, Confluence, JSON, Swagger/Open
API, and integration logs

• Comfortable with security by design, including SSL, token auth, encryption & segregation of duties

• Analytical, autonomous, and comfortable leading workshops with clients

• #Curious in why you do, #Structured in how you do it, and #Committed in what you deliver

• Fluent in English (Portuguese, Dutch or French is a plus)

• Bachelor or Master’s degree (or tech bootcamp graduate)

• Mule
Soft Certified Developer I required – Developer II or Salesforce Integration Architect are strong pluses

As a Senior Middleware Developer, your missions will include:

• Design & develop robust, secure, and scalable integrations across platforms

• Define and implement integration patterns & frameworks in line with enterprise architecture

• Drive API management, data contract definition, and queuing mechanisms

• Lead client workshops, gather integration requirements, and present proposed architecture

• Ensure observability, logging, and error handling for
- term reliability

• Collaborate with Salesforce teams, infrastructure teams, and architects

• Anticipate system dependencies and suggest improvements

• Contribute to defining integration standards, best practices, and documentation

• Guide and mentor junior integration developers when needed

• Apply Definition of Ready and Definition of Done to your dev pipeline

• Stay ahead of middleware trends and explore AI tools for code generation and diagnostics
