About The Job
Your mission as a Senior KAM will be to drive the successful implementation of Danone’s strategy, brands, and products, ensuring alignment with each customer’s unique context. You will identify and unlock business opportunities, build strong,
- term partnerships, and consistently deliver results while upholding Danone’s code of conduct and compliance standards.
Key Role
- Responsible for managing the client's P&L.
- Responsible for the negotiation and monitoring of the CGF and its Trade Terms and counterparts.
- Responsible for monitoring and fully meeting business objectives, as well as being able to define alternative plans that can solve any existing gap.
- Ensure the alignment of the company's strategy, brands and products with the negotiation of the customer’s annual commercial plan.
- Negotiating, implementing and monitoring the annual promotional plan per client.
- Control and efficient management of customer investments.
- Ensure connection, alignment and teamwork with all departments as Field, Shopper, Cat
Man, Supply, Demand, and Marketing teams. - Ensure effective and optimized customer portfolio and manage product mix efficiently.
- Guarantee, monitor and maximize new product launches, new campaigns and other innovation processes.
- Monitor, negotiate and leverage the partnership relationship with customers.
About You
- Education Degree in Management or Economics.
- Experience minimum of 3 years as a Key Account Manager, ideally with at least 1 year managing accounts such as Sonae or Pingo Doce.
- Core Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and actively listen.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including P&L management and PRGM levers (Portfolio Management, Pricing, Product Mix, Promotions and Trade Terms).
- Excellent negotiation skills.
