We are looking for a: SENIOR. NET DEVELOPER (NATO)

ON-SITE: The Hague, The Netherlands

** Mandatory to speak Portuguese and English **

A Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance is mandatory. Plexus can help with the process.

Plexus. Tech provides a wide range of specialist services to military and security institutions (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are currently seeking personnel to join our team and provide support for crucial client projects.

> Role Duties And Responsibilities?

• Collaborate with lead developer, solution architect, and product owners
• to define technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Develop clean, modular, secure, and testable code.
• Review and refactor existing codebases towards a unified architecture.
• Follow and adapt to team software engineering practices.
• Coach and mentor junior developers.
• Provide operational support for deployed software as needed

> Mandatory Skills And Experience?

• 8+ years of experience developing complex
  - based applications.

-> Experience:

• C#, ASP. NET MVC, . NET Core, . NET 6+
• Entity Framework (EF6 or EF Core)
• Blazor

-> Proficiency in:

• Service-oriented architecture (e. g. , Message Bus, Web API, etc. )
• Authentication/authorization flows: OAuth, OIDC
• Security and secure coding practices

-> Sound knowledge of:

• SOLID, DDD, CQRS, Eventing
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019+
• Familiar with common admin tasks and
  - related concerns.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in teams of 5+ developers and testers.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers

-> Nice to Have:

• Experience migrating from monolithic to modular monolith architecture.
• Involvement in test management and quality assurance practices

-> Soft Skills:

• Strong written and spoken English

> Language Proficiency?

• The work of the NCIA is conducted in English.
• A diversity of language skills is desirable.
