1. Network Management:
   
   Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
2. Security & Compliance:
   
   Implement security policies and monitor vulnerabilities.
3. Incident Resolution:
   
   Diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
   Engage confidently with technical teams and senior management.
5. Shared Services Support:
   
   Work within a managed services model, supporting multiple business units.
6. Availability & Support:
   
   Provide
   - call support and occasional travel as needed.

1. 4-8 years of experience in
   - scale network administration and troubleshooting.
2. Strong Technical Knowledge of networks, security, and IT infrastructure.
3. Certifications:
   
   CCNP or higher preferred.
4. Fluent English for effective communication in global teams.
