⚡ We are looking for an experienced Senior Node. js Developer to join our development team in Lisbon and help build and scale the backend of our platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will design, code, and optimize
- performance systems while working on exciting projects in a
- paced environment.

Contribute to the design and development of scalable backend systems and services, ensuring robustness, high performance, and maintainability. Work closely with
- functional teams to integrate
- party APIs, build new features from scratch, and enhance the core architecture of our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain
  - house backend platforms with Node. js and Nest. js
• Design and implement
  - party API integrations
• Build new features and services from scratch in a microservices environment
• Optimize performance and scalability for
  - load systems
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews,
  - sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to ensure
  - quality deliveries

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development
• 3+ years of
  - on experience with Node. js and Nest. js
• Experience with
  - load SQL and/or No
  SQL databases (Mongo
  DB, My
  SQL, etc. )
• Proven experience implementing REST, Graph
  QL, and Web
  Sockets
• Understanding of TDD principles and experience writing automated tests
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture principles
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Experience with Redis and Rabbit
  MQ
• Advanced level of English

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD, microservices, and containers
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with NATS
• Strong knowledge of Type
  Script

Important: This is an
- site position based in Lisbon. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.
