- end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely collections.

responsabilidades chave

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and perform core O2C operations, including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, drive effective collection strategies, and focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure strict compliance with Audit/SOX requirements, internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS, and relevant tax implications.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives across the O2C function.
• Support
  - end and
  - end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to foster a
  - performing and strong team environment.
• Collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax.

Skills required:

• Be a proactive leader, responsible for mentoring junior team members, handling complex disputes, and driving continuous process improvements to support robust business growth and working capital optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Net
  Suite/Workday).
• Exposure to global business environments and multi‑currency transactions.
• Advanced Excel and Reporting skills.
• Strong command of English Language (spoken and written)- C2 or native level

What we have for you:

• Base salary 1500€ gross p/month
• Meal allowance of 7. 63€ p/day
• Permanent contract with the client after 3 months trial
• Schedules: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 18:00
• Days Off - Saturday and Sunday
• Location: Porto
