Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and perform core O2C operations, including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. - Prepare and review Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports, drive effective collection strategies, and focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). - Manage relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms. - Ensure strict compliance with Audit/SOX requirements, internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS, and relevant tax implications. - Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives across the O2C function. - Support

- end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting to senior management. - Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to foster a
- performing and strong team environment. - Collaborate effectively with
- functional teams, including Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax. Requisitos/requirements
Skills required:
- Be a proactive leader, responsible for mentoring junior team members, handling complex disputes, and driving continuous process improvements to support robust business growth and working capital optimization. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. - 5-7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. - Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. - Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Net
Suite/Workday). - Exposure to global business environments and
- currency transactions. - Advanced Excel and Reporting skills. - Strong command of English Language (spoken and written)- C2 or native leveloferta/offer
What we have for you:
- Base salary 1500? gross p/month- Meal allowance of 7. 63? p/day- Permanent contract with the client after 3 months
- Schedules: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 18:00- Days Off - Saturday and Sunday- Location: Porto
