Tasks

• Stay in close contact with our international team to deliver the best IT solution for our customers
• Responsibility for the performance and integration of your team
• Design of development processes
• Coaching the development team
• Conceptualization and design of development processes
• Contribute to project planning and estimations
• Ensure technical alignment with business goals
• Optimize system performance and reliability

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
• Very good skills in Python
• Experience with Java
  Script & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in business topics and understanding of advanced business processes
• Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
• English speaking team player
